Mock Audition 

Information will be available here once the mock audition is announced.

  • Mock Auditions must be submitted using this link: Mock Audition Submission.

    Videos should be in a link format. Please make sure the video is not private. Late entries will not be accepted. 

     

    • Submissions must include both audio and video

    • Videos must be recorded in one take

    • Video must be recorded in landscape orientation (sideways)

    • No splicing, video editing, audio editing or fabrication of material is permitted. If you violate these terms, your video will be disqualified and you may not be eligible to participate in future mock auditions.

    • No earbuds, headphones, or other electronic devices are permitted in the recording

  • Mock audition winner will receive a pair of 1” black glockenspiel mallets from Dragonfly Percussion. The 1” black is the same as the Celeste stick, but without the rubber covering.  The 1” phenolic core with a small brass insert produces a clean, clear sound, with a slightly brighter sound with more body than the 1” clear.  Perfect for excerpts in Sorcerers or any passage requiring a lighter, clearer sound than your general rattan bell mallet.
